💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled hire date; however, 30% of the amount paid will be retained to cover administrative and office processing costs. 

If an item is faulty or unavailable, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind cancellations made within 7 days of the hire date. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 5 business days.
