By hiring equipment from Hire & Events Management, you agree to the following terms:
 

• All hire items remain the property of Hire & Events Management.

• Items must be returned in the condition they were provided.

• Damage, loss, or misuse may incur repair or replacement fees.

• Hire periods and fees are confirmed at the time of booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the hire date to avoid fees.

• Hire & Events Management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings due to safety, availability, or non-compliance.
